What happens after you submit the form?
Once you submit the form, your details are sent securely to our team. One of our advisors will call you back — usually within one working day — to confirm your enquiry and arrange a no-obligation survey at a time that suits you.
During the survey, a qualified surveyor will visit your property to assess your current heating system, measure your home and discuss your hot-water needs. They will then recommend the most suitable system — whether that is a combi, system or regular boiler, or a lower-carbon option such as an air source heat pump or hybrid system — and provide a written quote.
There is no obligation to proceed at any stage. The quote is provided so you can make an informed decision in your own time. If you do decide to go ahead, the installation is carried out by our MCS-certified partner at a date that works for you. Boilers are installed by Gas Safe registered engineers from our installation partner.
What information do I need to provide?
The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, postcode and what you are interested in — whether that is a combi, system or regular boiler replacement, an air source heat pump, a hybrid system, or simply a general enquiry. You can also add any additional details in the message field, such as your current boiler type or the number of bathrooms in your home.
The more information you provide, the better prepared our advisor will be when they call you back. However, if you are not sure what type of boiler you currently have, do not worry — the surveyor will assess this during the visit. Simply select "Unsure which boiler type I need" and we will help you figure it out.
